Every wallpaper order is printed specifically for you once your order is placed. This made-to-order process helps reduce waste while ensuring each roll is freshly printed with exceptional quality.

Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after production is complete.

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate.

Samples

Wallpaper samples are typically produced and shipped more quickly than full wallpaper orders.

Ordering a sample is the best way to experience the color, texture, and finish in your own home before purchasing full rolls.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each order is custom printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse
Color preference
Incorrect measurements
Change of mind

We strongly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing full wallpaper.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your wallpaper arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for verifying all wall measurements before placing an order.

Color Variations

We make every effort to accurately display our wallpaper colors.

Because every monitor and mobile device displays color differently, slight variations between what you see on screen and the printed wallpaper are normal.
